En effet, le "risque" prévoyance des MEDICOOP apparaît plus faible que dans l'industrie branche avec laquelle les MEDICOOP sont actuellement mélangés et devrait donc se traduire par une baisse des cotisations.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><b>5</b>- Etudier la mise en oeuvre d'un outil national pour <b>faciliter les parcours professionnels des intérimaires</b> (VAE, bilans professionnels, parcours de formations pour accéder aux qualifications les plus recherchées) en partenariat avec le FAFTT, le FSPI et le FPE-TT dont la déclinaison pourra être faite localement au choix de chaque MEDICOOP.</span><br />

Mecen’coop, devra respecter strictement les conditions prescrites par le rescrit
fiscal général délivré à Medicoop 33 par le Service des Impôts de Bordeaux en
date du 22/01/2015 sur le bénéfice de l’exonération de TVA prévue par l’article
261 B du Code Général des Impôts, à savoir que les prestations de mise à
disposition de personnel rendues aux usagers des Medicoop doivent remplir les
trois conditions tenant à la qualité du client, à l’utilisation qui est faite
du service, et au mode de rémunération.</span><o:p></o:p></div>

ou indirectement, à un même coopérateur un ou plusieurs mandats (Président,
Directeur Général, Président du Conseil Coopératif).
